Park Guell, Barcelona

Park Guell was designed by Barcelona architect, Antonin Gaudi, who's work is all over Barcelona.  His unique perspective and interesting designs are truly captivating.  For me, walking through the park was like walking through real-life gingerbread houses.  The park was originally designed as model homes for a new housing development, but people at the time we're interested in these visionary homes.  So, they preserved these model homes in a beautiful park overlooking the city of Barcelona.  I love all the tiles and colors used in the design!

There is a beautiful tiled bench all around the top of one building with amazing views of the city.
